About Soulverse

Building identity
for the next era

Soulverse is building the infrastructure for a world where identity is self-custodied, privacy-preserving and portable across borders and platforms — without relying on any single authority, corporation or database.

The mission

The internet was built without an identity layer. For thirty years we have patched over that gap with passwords, centralised logins, and repeated re-verification. The result is an identity system that is simultaneously too invasive — it knows too much about us — and too weak — it is too easily stolen or fraudulently replicated.

Soulverse exists to build the missing layer: cryptographic, self-custodied, privacy-first identity that works for individuals everywhere, integrates with enterprises and institutions, and anchors to national systems without centralising control.

We are early. We are deliberate. We are public about what is built, what is in development, and what is still an idea. This website is part of that commitment to honesty.

What we're building — honest status

Every item below carries its actual development status. We distinguish architecture, active development, pilot and live. Nothing is described as live until it is.

Our operating principles

These are the commitments that constrain every product and business decision at Soulverse — not aspirations.

Honest about status

Every feature on this website is labelled with its real status: architecture, development, pilot or live. We do not describe future features as current capabilities. This extends to every partner conversation, press statement and investor communication.

No data without consent

We do not collect, hold or process personal identity data without explicit, informed consent. The technical design makes this a system property, not a policy promise — Soulverse does not have the data to misuse.

No state control of individual identity

No government, institution or authority — including Soulverse — controls a citizen's Soul ID or self-custodied wallet once created. Issuers attest; they do not control. We will refuse any integration design that violates this.

Audit before launch

Smart contracts, cryptographic protocols and verification systems are audited by independent qualified parties before any public launch. We publish audit results. This applies to SIMARA, Aurion and any financial-grade integration.

No staking coercion

Wallet ownership is unconditional. SIMARA participation is always voluntary. No Soulverse product requires token staking to access fundamental identity functionality.

Full website before campaign

We build the complete website — accurate content, four audience journeys, real information — before any wallet launch campaign or marketing acceleration. The information layer always precedes the promotional layer.

Claims validation — what is not true

These are claims that have appeared in draft copy, early marketing materials or public commentary that do not accurately represent current Soulverse capability or policy. We are explicit about removing them.

✗
"0ms verification time"
No specific performance metric is guaranteed or measured for a system that is not yet live.
✗
"100% accuracy of identity verification"
Accuracy depends on issuer processes, data quality and network maturity. No absolute accuracy claim is supportable.
✗
"Zero-risk identity storage"
No system is zero-risk. We describe risks honestly and explain how they are mitigated.
✗
"ROI guarantees for enterprise integration"
ROI depends on customer-specific factors. Soulverse does not guarantee return on investment to enterprise customers.
✗
"Live national identity source API access via Soulverse"
No national authority has a live agreement with Soulverse. National source access requires bilateral government agreement, not a Soulverse API key.
✗
"SIMARA staking is live"
SIMARA has not launched. No contract is deployed. Staking is not currently active on any chain.
✗
"KYC via the Soulverse website"
The public website does not and will not conduct live KYC. Verification uses an isolated Sygna handoff when implemented.
